Kristina serves as the Director of Innovation and Engagement and is responsible for researching and developing initiatives in creative youth development and workforce development for teens and young adults at Sitar. She received her MFA in Theatre for Youth and Community at Arizona State University and holds a BA in Theatre from the University of Maryland, College Park. In her artistic life, Kristina is a theatre director and deviser who works with youth and intergenerational collaborators to develop performances on social and community issues.
